Bid Coordinator will work with Project Managers and Estimators to learn and grown within the company, and will have many opportunities to visit active job site and work with field staff.

Did you know that it is predicted that the construction industry will grow 12% over the next 5 years?

That means that the skilled labor industry must grow 12% in order to meet the demands of the market.

When a person joins the union they will be starting out as an apprentice making roughly $40,420.00 per year with full benefits, a pension, and education. This salary increases every 6 months as your level of industry knowledge increases.

A journeyman will make on average $89,840.00 per year. This does not include the fringe benefit package which raises the total wage of a licensed journeyperson plumber to $65.08 an hour or $130,160.00 annually.

Spring/Summer Maintenance Checklist:
-Replace all filters.
-Clean evaporator coils and condensers.
-Clear clogs and clean drain lines to ensure proper flow.
-Remove any standing water from drain pans to avoid overflows.
-Replace worn pulleys and belts.
-Inspect ducts for dust, mold or debris.
-Check the refrigerant charge and for any possible leaks.
-Check thermostats and their controls to ensure they are correctly set.
-Make sure the fan motor is operating correctly.
-Inspect the blowers and blades to maintain proper airflow.
-Lubricate any moving parts.
-Check the HVAC cabinet for leaks.
-Remove any debris from around the unit if it is outdoors.

On Memorial Day we give thanks to our nations heroes who have scarified many things for our liberties.

Outside of government & healthcare design build projects, we tackle private sector work.

Our team will be finishing out strong on a project at 455 Mass Ave with Bognet Construction. We appreciate all of the hard work that Teddy Harvey and William Colclough have provided throughout this project. Fort Belvoir serves as the headquarters for the Defense Logistics Agency, the Defense Acquisition University, the Defense Contract Audit Agency, the Defense Technical Information Center, the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command, the United States Army Military Intelligence Readiness Command, the Missile Defense Agency, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
